Strategic Plan to Reduce Young Adult Violence and Gangs in Newport News, Virginia: P.I.E.R. Strategy
The task of developing a community wide strategic plan can be extremely challenging. During this process we would like to thank and acknowledge all of the individuals who provided insight, input and valuable information into the development of the Newport News P.I.E.R. Model. We realize that listing individuals we might run the risk of leaving some deserving people out, we apologize if we do. The development of this strategic plan has truly been a community team effort. By presenting this plan we are hopeful that the before mentioned suggestions which make up the overall strategy will help us all work toward a vibrant community and better quality of life for all citizens of Newport News.
